Mindfulness in Relationship – Interview with Lodro Rinzler

Understanding the emotional and behavioral patterns that pull couples apart is essential in building a healthy relationship. But, to make lasting changes, couples must cultivate the mindfulness to realize when they are falling into old patterns and intentionally choose to interact in more healthy ways. Mindfulness is an essential tool for couples to utilize in developing a respectful and loving relationship.
